The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Bureau of Avitiation is hosting an Aviation Day Scout event at the Captial City Airport this year. This event will be held on August 19th at the airport and the purpose of the day is to commemorate the birthday of Orville Wright. The day will also have programming that will help each scout earn the aviation merit badge. A merit badge counselor will be on site that day so they can get their blue card signed off for the badge.
