The New Birth of Freedom Council is excited to be the presenting sponsor for the 2013 York Revolution season. As part of this partnership, the Council will have a ‘Scout Table’ in front of the main gates for every home game. This will help us to promote Scouting in the community. We are looking for 2 Scouts and 2 parents to ‘staff’ this table at each of the games. Staffing entails setting up the scout table display (everything will be provided), being present and active at the Scout Table from one hour before the game through the fifth inning, and sharing scout information with stadium visitors.
To incentivize your participation, the council will be offering two great deals; first, all participating scouts will earn a $25 credit toward a summer camp payment or a purchase in the scout store. Second, on many nights, scouts will have the opportunity to sell either camp cards or popcorn-products and will then receive a commission on the nights sales.
